This anchor system is designed to provide a reliable, freestanding anchor point without the need to penetrate any roof coverings or finishes. Stability is achieved using 12 × 25 kg weights, giving a total deployed weight of 387 kg — creating a robust counterweighted base suitable for a wide range of flat roof surfaces.
The 2,180 mm anchor point height with a beam overhang of up to 350 mm provides generous clearance for abseilers commencing descent over parapet walls and upstands ranging from 300 mm to 1,500 mm, making it well suited to the varied roof edge conditions encountered on various structures.
